The recommended hotel for participants is The Capital Menlyn Maine, as multiple meeting events will be held onsite. Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own accommodations, unless otherwise discussed.

Pricing
ASSAf has secured a special price of R 1700 a night, including breakfast, for our event. To ensure you receive this special price, please complete the attached reservation form and submit it to the hotel annl@thecapital.co.za
Travel to Pretoria, South Africa
You will fly into OR Tambo Airport (ORT) in Kempton Park, Gauteng. The airport is about 30 minutes from The Capital Menlyn Maine.
You will be met by a representative of a shuttle service who will be easily identifiable due to the fact that they will be holding notice boards with your name displayed. They will assist you with your luggage and ensure your safe transfer to the conference venue. The details of the shuttle service will be shared with you on receipt of your flight arrangements. Please send your arrival and departure times and your flight number to ian@assaf.org.za.
For your own safety it is recommended that you do not make use of any other transport service.
Travel Considerations
In South Africa the power plugs and sockets are of type D, M, C and N and operate on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz. Please bring a plug adaptor if necessary.

6 June 2023: Welcome refreshments will be served from 12:00. Dinner will be provided by ASSAf.
7 June 2023: Lunch and dinner provided by ASSAf.
8 June 2023: Lunch provided by ASSAf.
